About This Product

Biber salçası is Turkey's most widely produced and exported condiment — a concentrated paste of sun-dried Capsicum annuum peppers cooked to develop depth, natural sweetness, and intense colour. Grown across Turkey's fertile southern and central agricultural regions, the peppers used in our paste are processed by established Turkish facilities operating under EU food safety standards. Available in mild (tatlı) and hot (acı) variants, with salt content adjustable for food manufacturing requirements.

A staple ingredient for food manufacturers producing ready meals, soups, and marinades; for food service operations and catering suppliers; and for ethnic food importers supplying Turkish, Balkan, and Middle Eastern grocery channels. Turkey exports pepper paste at scale to the EU, GCC, North Africa, and North America, with a well-developed logistics and compliance infrastructure in place.
